Kārte Parwān is a neighbourhood in Kabul, Afghanistan, and home to the Sikh Gurdwara Karte Parwan and Sheerno Junior High. The area is the centre of the Afghan Hindu and Afghan Sikh communities.
Notable people
- Abdullah Abdullah is said to be born in a house in this neighborhood and still resides in the same house.[1]
- Saif al-Adel, Abu Faraj al-Libbi, and the Khadr family are reported to have lived in the area in and around the year 2000.[2]
