K.R. Latchan is a Bus Transport operator and former politician based in Nausori, Fiji. He came into prominence when wrested the safe Alliance Party seat of East Central National Constituency from sitting member and one of the founders of the party, Vijay R. Singh in the selection for the Alliance candidate for the March 1977 election. He remained a member of the House of Representatives until the 1987 military coup.
