K. C. Yadav
K. C. Yadav (Kripal Chandra Yadav) is one of several Yadav intellectuals who has written on the topic of the origins of the Indian Yadav-Ahir community. Yadav has associated them with the ancient Abhira tribe, noting inscriptions indicating the Abhira ruled in northern India as early as the second century BCE.[1] Yadav also specialised in the history of Haryana,[2] and served as the editor of the Haryana Research Journal.[3]
