After winning the North Zone, they qualified to the final stage of the tournament, where they lost in the semi-finals against KF Tirana.[1]

After the end of the war, the club returned to the Yugoslav league system, having played on a series of occasions in the Yugoslav Second League. After the 1999 Kosovo War, Liria began competing in the Raiffeisen Superliga, the top tier of Kosovar football since then.

KF Liria were the winners of the Kosovar Cup for the 2006–07 season, beating KF Flamurtari 3–0 on penalties in the final held at Pristina City Stadium.

Notes

a.   ^ Kosovo is the subject of a territorial dispute between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia. The Republic of Kosovo unilaterally declared independence on 17 February 2008, but Serbia continues to claim it as part of its own sovereign territory. The two governments began to normalise relations in 2013, as part of the Brussels Agreement. Kosovo has been recognised as an independent state by 108 out of 193 United Nations member states.
