KIH39 (sometimes referred to as Ashland All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the Huntington-Ashland metropolitan area and surrounding cities. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Charleston, West Virginia with its transmitter located in Ashland, Kentucky.
