KIH43A (sometimes referred to as Elizabethtown All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the Elizabethtown metropolitan area and surrounding cities including the southern part of Louisville-Jefferson County, KY-IN Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Louisville, Kentucky with its transmitter located in Elizabethtown.
It broadcasts weather and hazard information for Breckinridge, Bullitt, Grayson, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, & Spencer counties in Kentucky; and Harrison county in Indiana. This is not to be confused with NOAA Weather Radio station KIH43 which serves the immediate Louisville area.
