The KJC King Dome, is a multipurpose indoor arena under construction in Davao City. Originally planned solely as a cathedral for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ the Name Above Every Name Christian sect of Apollo Quiboloy, the arena will be also used for other events such as concerts, boxing events and basketball games. The structure is being built beside the Francisco Bangoy (Davao) International Airport complex.[3][4]
The King Dome will be part of a mixed-used development costing around ₱7.981 billion. The complex planned for completion in 2025 will house a condominium hotel, a hotel and museum, a hangar, a water park, a hotel and commercial center, and an administration complex.[2]
The King Dome itself is estimated to cost ₱6.025 billion and will be bigger than the Philippine Arena which has a seating capacity of 55,000 people.[2]
