KM131 Jeep
The KM131 Jeep, alternately K 131 or KM 420, is a light utility vehicle manufactured by Kia Motors in South Korea. The Kia KM131 Jeep was designed and developed by Asia Motors, and began to provide it to the ROK Army in 1997 as the replacement of its predecessor, the KM111 Jeep, due to its deterioration under Kia Motors; its civilian version is well known as the Kia Retona and began to be sold in 1998 until 2003.[1] The 42 series vehicles are 1/4 ton capacity and available in various configurations, serving since 1997. A toy version is sold as part of a larger construction toy set by Oxford Toy in South Korea.[2]
