KMST (commonly known as KMST Educational Television) is an Educational-access television cable channel based in Monterey, California. The station is located in the Monterey County Office of Education in Salinas, California and the station is broadcast daily on various cable systems in Monterey County. The "KMST" calls are strictly for promotional purposes, as the FCC does not issue call letters to stations appearing only on cable.
KMST broadcasts instructional programming as well as programming from the Classic Arts Showcase.
It also operated a low-power broadcast television station in Gonzales, California on UHF channel 59, with the call sign KMST-LP. The over-the-air station has since ceased operations.
