The Kachin State Democracy Party (Burmese: ကချင်ပြည်နယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပါတီ; KSDP) is a political party in Myanmar (Burma). It was founded in 2013 by former Vice President of the Kachin Independence Organisation (KIO), Dr. Manam Tu Ja.[1] Prior to its founding, the group's leaders served as the official KIO delegation in the military sponsored National Convention, which contributed to the draft of the 2008 constitution.
