Kaczynos [kaˈt͡ʂɨnɔs] (German: Katznase) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stare Pole, within Malbork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Stare Pole, 10 km (6 mi) north-east of Malbork, and 49 km (30 mi) south-east of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
