Kais Nashef (Arabic: قيس ناشف, Hebrew: קאיס נאשף; born 1978) is a Palestinian actor from Tayibe, Israel.[1][2][3][4]
Nashef studied acting at the Beit Zvi Institute of Performing Arts.[2] He later played the lead role in Paradise Now, a film about two would-be suicide bombers in the West Bank.

A sympathetic portrayal of a suicide bomber is possibly the most contentious role an actor could take on. But Palestinian actor Kais Nashef, who played the lead in Paradise Now, doesn't see it that way.
