Kaitlyn Tarpey, (born December 28, 1991) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Stamford, Connecticut who was named Miss Connecticut 2013.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Biography
She won the title of Miss Connecticut on June 22, 2013, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Emily Audibert.[7] Tarpey’s platform is “Our Time To Serve: Hiring and Housing Our Veterans” and she said she hoped to become an advocate for returning war veterans during her year as Miss Connecticut.[8] Her competition talent was an Irish Step Dancing routine.[9] Tarpey is a senior at Pace University, majoring in professional studies communication.[10]
