Kakinada Rural (Assembly constituency) is a constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of 19 constituencies in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. As per the Delimitation Orders (2008), the constituency covers Karapa mandal, Kakinada (rural) mandal, Kakinada (urban) mandal (part), Kakinada (urban) (M) (part), Kakinada (M) - Ward No.66 to 70.[1] It is one of the 7 assembly constituencies under Kakinada (Lok Sabha constituency). The other six being Tuni, Pithapuram, Prathipadu, Peddapuram, Kakinada City and Jaggampeta.[2]
