Kalain

Kalain is a town in the Cachar district of Assam, India. It is 28 kilometres (17 mi) from the district headquarters, Silchar, and is called the "Gateway of the Barak Valley."

Kalain is 300 kilometres (190 mi) east of Guwahati. It is the main town in the Katigorah constituency in Assam.
