Kamalpur (Assamese: কামলপুৰ) is a town in Kamrup district, Assam. It is 25 km from Jalukbari, Guwahati and surrounded by Rangia town, Baihata Chariali and Kaniha, Dimu Dobak villages.[1] [2] It is a Constituency in Assam Legislative Assembly with all major government offices.
