Kampung Madras, (Madras Village) also known as Kampung Keling is the Little India's of Medan, Indonesia, and also one of ethnic enclaves in the city, aside The Kesawan Chinatown. This are approximately has around 10 hectares and this area also serve a large Indians community (mostly Tamil) in the city. This area now part of Medan Polonia district, has a lot sport, saris, and other shophouses.

This area was originally called Patisah (Tamil: பெடிசாஹ்) and the name become a district in Medan calleed as Petisah, and the enclave name changed to Kampung Madras to reflect the native land of the people of Indian descent who live there, although that there are still many people called the place as Kampung Keling but it has derogatory message toward to Indians over there.

Every year, Kampung madras become meeting point for Hindus festival, such as Thaipusam, Ponggal, and Deevapali.

Kampung Madras located along Jalan Zainul Arifin, near Sun Plaza, and also has 20 others lane in nearby.

there are two mosque that serves the enclave, Jami Mosque, built on 1887 and Ghaudiyah Mosque. both mosque built by early South Indian muslims in Medan.
