Kapucu

Kapucu (Turkish pronunciation: [kapudʒu]; also spelled Kapudju, or Capugiu in Romanian) was designated official envoy of the Ottoman Sultan in medieval Wallachia and Moldavia. His missions are mostly associated with the recalling of subject Hospodars (in many cases, followed by their imprisonment or swift execution)[1]
