Karpero (Greek: Καρπερό) is a village and a community of the Deskati municipality.[2] Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Chasia, of which it was a municipal district.[2][3] The 2011 census recorded 556 inhabitants in the village and 913 inhabitants in the community.[1] The community of Karpero covers an area of 78.072 km2.[3]
