Kasou Musou Shi (華想夢想紙; Flower Thought Dream Thought Paper) is the third released EP from visual kei rock band alice nine. It was released on the November 23, 2005.^[1] Includes 7 tracks, 6 of which were previously released as singles. Two versions of the album were released on the same day, one regular edition and one special edition.^[2]

• Kasou Musou Shi is a compilation album of the previously released singles Gin no tsuki kuroi hoshi, Yami ni chiru sakura and Yuri wa Aoku Saite. The song "Mugen no Hana" is a bonus track.
• The first pressings of Kasou Musou Shi came in a special packaging.
