Bhismshankar alias Kushal Tiwari is an Indian politician and is Member of Parliament of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Sant Kabir Nagar constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bahujan Samaj Party political party.[1][2]
Early life and education
Bhismshankar was born in Tanda, Gorakhpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh. His highest attained education is intermediate. By profession, he is a farmer.[1]
Political career
Bhismshankar has been elected M.P from Sant Kabir Nagar constituency ever since it came into existence in 2008 as a part of the implementation of delimitation of parliamentary constituencies based on the recommendations of the Delimitation Commission of India. He has been elected two straight terms from the constituency. However in 2008, he was elected during the by-election since elections in newly formed constituency were held then.[1][3]
