Kavaklı is a village in Mut district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the penaplane area to the west of the Göksu River at 36°33′N 33°23′E / 36.550°N 33.383°E . Its distance to Mut is 19 kilometres (12 mi) and to Mersin is 145 kilometres (90 mi). Population of Kavaklı was 354 as of 2012. [1]
