Kay Janet Denman (born 22 July 1937), Australian politician, was a member of the Australian Senate for the state of Tasmania from 1993 to 2005, representing the Australian Labor Party.
Denman was born in Latrobe, Tasmania, and was educated at Tasmania University, where she graduated in education. She was a school teacher 1968-89. Private Secretary to the Premier of Tasmania, the Hon Michael Field, 1989-92.
Denman was Deputy Government Whip in the Senate 1995-96 and Deputy Opposition Whip in the Senate 1997-2001. She retired at the 2004 election. Her term expired on 30 June 2005.
