Kazachinsko-Lensky District (Russian: Казачинско-Ленский райо́н) is an administrative district, one of the thirty-three in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia.[1] Municipally, it is incorporated as Kazachinsko-Lensky Municipal District.[5] The area of the district is 33,300 square kilometers (12,900 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Kazachinskoye.[2] Population: 18,829 (2010 Census);[6] 21,127 (2002 Census);[9] 29,394 (1989 Census).[10] The population of Kazachinskoye accounts for 13.9% of the district's total population.[6]
