Keith P. Shine FRS is the head of the Atmospheric Radiation and Climate group and previous head of department at the University of Reading's meteorology department. He was a lead author of Climate Change 1995, the 1995 IPCC report on global warming. He held the University's annual Children's Christmas lecture on Clouds in 2008.
