Kenshoo is an Israel based online advertising company used by brands and agencies to handle more than $350 billion[1] in annualized client sales revenue from ad spending across the web and mobile devices.[2][3]
History
Kenshoo was founded in 2006 by Yoav Izhar-Prato, Alon Sheafer and Nir Cohen.[4] All three founders are still with the company with Izhar-Prato as CEO and Chairman,[5] Sheafer as CSO, and Cohen as Chief Technology Officer.[6] The company is headquartered at Tel Aviv with 27 locations.[7]
In 2006, Kenshoo made its debut as a search-engine marketing automator and became commercially available in Israel and North America. The company raised their first round of capital in 2007 and until 2015, it has raised a total of $42 million at $400 million valuation from Bain Capital Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Arts Alliance and Tenaya Capital.[8][9][10]
Kenshoo acquired Adquant, an official Facebook PMD to focus on mobile applications and game developers.[11][12]
