Kentucky Route 1275 (KY 1275) is a north–south rural secondary state highway that traverses the eastern and northern sections of Wayne County in southeastern Kentucky.
Route description
KY 1275 starts in a rural unincorporated community called Spann at an intersections with KY 3285, Kelly Lane and Dodson Mine Road east of Monticello. KY 1275 heads into the east side of Monticello, the Wayne County seat. It intersects KY 90 and its business route at Monticello, and then continues northeastward.
KY 1275 goes along the Cumberland River (Lake Cumberland) in northern Wayne County towards Mill Springs and terminates at a second intersection with KY 90 about two miles (3.2 km) short of Wayne County's northeastern border with Pulaski County.
