Kentucky Route 1533 is a west to east route in Allen County in south central Kentucky. It provides access to Barren River Lake State Resort Park.
Route description
KY 1533 begins at a junction with KY 234 in Allen County near the Warren County line. The route proceeds east on two-lane in divided Meador Port Oliver Road. The road follows a winding path through hilly terrain, passing through a mix of farmland and woodland. The road comes to an intersection with KY 101 further east. KY 1533 continues on a southeastern heading through a mostly wooded area before bridging a tributary of Barren River Lake. The route continues on before reaching its eastern terminus at a junction with KY 252, near Barren River Lake State Resort Park.[1][2]
