Kentucky Route 226 (KY 226) is a rural, secondary state highway located entirely in Grayson County in west-central Kentucky. It is 1.303 miles (2.097 km) long. Its western terminus is at a junction with KY 259 at the Meredith community south of Leitchfield, and its eastern end is at a junction with KY 88 south of Grayson Springs.
