Kentucky Route 623 (KY 623) is a 6.087-mile-long (9.796 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The entire route is located in Spencer County.
Route description
The route originates at a junction with KY 48 in extreme southern Spencer County and travels northward through rural sections of western Spencer County, crossing over the Salt River 5 miles (8.0 km) north of KY 48 and ending 1 mile (1.6 km) further north at KY 44 just east of Waterford.
