Kevin John Alexander (born January 23, 1975) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League. He played for two seasons for the New York Giants from 19961997. He played college football at Utah State.

Professional career

Alexander was signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent following the 1996 NFL Draft. He was waived during final cuts on August 20, 1996,[1] but was immediately re-signed to the team's practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on October 26, 1996.[2] He was re-signed on January 9, 1997.[3]

Alexander was signed to a two-year contract by the Miami Dolphins on March 2, 1998.[4] He was released by the Dolphins on August 25, 1998.[5]

He was signed by the Washington Redskins on February 23, 1999.[6] He was released on August 31, 1999.
