Kevin Foster is a British Conservative Party politician . He was elected at the 2015 general election as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Torbay in 2015.[1][2]
Foster unsuccessfully fought Coventry South in 2010, coming second to Labour's Jim Cunningham.
