Kevin Hales (born 13 January 1961) is a football coach. Before coaching, he played as a midfielder for Chelsea[1] and Leyton Orient, managed Welling United and Erith & Belvedere,[2] was assistant manager at Hornchurch[3] and coached at Weymouth[4] and Rushden & Diamonds.
His son, Lee, has progressed through the youth ranks of West Ham and joined his father on a 2-month loan spell at Rushden & Diamonds at the end of 2007.
