Kevin Humphreys (born 4 February 1958[1]) is an Irish Labour Party politician. He was elected as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin South–East constituency at the 2011 general election.[2]

From Ringsend, he was a member of Dublin City Council from 1999 to 2011, representing the South East Inner City area.[3]

On 15 July 2014, he was appointed as Minister of State with responsibility for Employment, Community and Social Support at the Department of Social Protection.[4]

He lost his seat at the 2016 general election.[3]
