Kevin M. Burke (born December 7, 1946 in Somerville, Massachusetts) is an American attorney and politician who served as Massachusetts Secretary of Public Safety from 2007 to 2010, Essex County District Attorney from 1979 to 2003, and as the representative from the 4th Essex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1977 to 1979.[1]
