Khemaies Jhinaoui (born in Tunisia 1954) is the Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs.[1] Jhinaoui previously served in 2011 as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tunisia to the Russian Federation.[2]

In May 1996, he was sent to Israel to open his country's interest office in Tel Aviv.[3] He is the Secretary of state for foreign affairs of Tunisia.
