Killjoy is a German Alternative Rock band from Saarbrücken, formed in 2013.[1] In 2015 their first release 'The Killjoy EP' came out.[2]

History

In October 2013, the two brothers Matthias Schmitt and Lukas Schmitt, Jan Kutscher and Denis Sushchenko decided to found Killjoy. After two years of jamming and writing songs, they released their first record 'The Killjoy EP'.

Style and influences

The style of 'Killjoy' can best be described as Alternative Rock with rudiments of Progressive Rock. They like to be experimental and to gain from different musical backgrounds of the band members with Punk Rock and Progressive Rock as interface between them.
