Kinley Dorji

Dasho Kinley Dorji (Dzongkha: ཕྲིན་ལས་རྡོ་རྗེ་; Wylie: Phrin-las Rdo-rje) is the secretary of the Ministry of Information and Communications in Bhutan. His former post was as Managing Director and Editor in Chief of Kuensel, Bhutan's national newspaper.[1]

He has been a strong proponent of Gross National Happiness (GNH) as an alternative for Human Development.[2] He currently lives in Thimphu with his three children and wife. He graduated from Mitchell College in New South Wales, Australia, and the Journalism school of Columbia University.
