Kinsale is a community in Ontario. It was named after Kinsale in Ireland.
The area is mostly agricultural and remains under developed. Besides Highway 7 West Durham Link (Highway 412) and Highway 407 extension are being built to the east and north of the community respectively with completion sometime around 2015.
