Kipary [kiˈparɨ] (German: Kiparren, 1938-45: Wacholderau)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wielbark, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Wielbark, 23 km (14 mi) south of Szczytno, and 60 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
