Knickerbocker in Spokane, Washington is a Beaux Arts building. It was designed by architect Albert Held and was built in 1911. It was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1987.[1]

The building is also listed on the Spokane Register of Historic Places.

The Knickerbocker is currently owned by Mr and Mrs Eric J Braden who are making extensive upgrades and renovations.
