Konakanamitla is a village in Prakasam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Konakanamitla mandal in Kandukur revenue division.[1]

Villagers of Konakanamitla rushed to the aid of eight commuters to who screamed for help as a bus got stuck while crossing the Musi stream at Yedurallapadu village of Konakanamitla mandal in an exercise that lasted three hours.[2]
