Konstantin Katsia

Konstantin Katsia is the current Chairman of the State Committee for State Property Management and Privatisation of Abkhazia.

Career

On 3 April 2007, Chairman of the State Committee for Management of State Property and Privatization Daur Tarba was appointed head of the Ochamchira District.[1] On 24 May, Katsia, who had been Deputy Chairman up until that point, became the new Chairman.[2]

Katsia was re-appointed as Chairman by Presidents Alexander Ankvab on 28 October 2011 and Raul Khajimba on 21 October 2014.[3][4]
