Kontula (Finnish) or Gårdsbacka (Swedish) is a ground-level station on the northern branch (Itäkeskus - Mellunmäki) of the Helsinki Metro. It serves the district of Kontula in East Helsinki.

The station was opened on 21 October 1986, designed by the architect bureau Toivo Karhunen Oy. It is located 1.4 kilometres from the Myllypuro metro station, and 1.6 kilometres from the Mellunmäki metro station.
