Korah Collegiate and Vocational School is a public secondary school located on Goulais Avenue in Sault Ste. Marie. It was established in 1967 by the Algoma District School Board. It holds both a 9 to 12 secondary program and a smaller 7/8 intermediate program. It primarily services students in the west end of the city, as well as other parts of the Algoma District including Prince. Korah is the only school in the Algoma District to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in the grade 11 and 12 years, and offers an Enhanced Learning Programme to prepare students for the IB. Korah allows its students to complete Specialist High Skills Majors in Construction, Energy, and Sport. It has a strong music program, including choirs, concert band, and an annual musical theatre production. It also has a full athletic program which performs consistently strong in all areas of competition.
