Kothapatnam is a village in Prakasam district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Kothapatnam mandal in Ongole revenue division.[1]
Geography
Kothapatnam is located at 15°28′00″N 80°07′00″E / 15.4667°N 80.1167°E.[2] It is about 16 km from Ongole, the nearest town, with which it is connected by bus. Vijayawada Airport is the nearest airport; Ongole the nearest railhead. APSRTC runs regular buses to Kavali, Nellore, Kandukur, Markapur towns.
