Krishna (Tamil: கிருஷ்ணா) is a Film Actor and Leading Tamil Television Actor. He is best known for playing the lead role Prakash in Super hit Tamil drama serial Deivamagal telecasted on Sun TV.
Personal life
He was born in Chennai and his parents are Mr. Raghunandan and Mrs. Nalini Raghunandan. He was married to an Indian actress Chaya Singh.[1] Their marriage was held on June 2012.[2]
Career
Krishna is always want to involve in acting industry. Before completing his studies, he told his father that he want to act. His father did agreed but with one condition that he must get an degree.
He also did a three-month course in acting from Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT) Noida.[3]
After completing degree in Delhi, He fly to chennai to try his luck in acting. For his surprise, he got his first Tamil serial with the Great Director K.Balachandher in serial Sahana - sequal of Sindhu Bhairavi. He portrays character name as Surya, son of JKB.
Krishna was offered to perform the role of a cancer patient in Kamal Haasan starrer Vasool Raja MBBS and due to unavoidable reasons couldn't sign the project. Sooner he was offered to enact a challenging role in director Saran's Idhaya Thirudan.[4]
Krishna became very famous for his acting in television serial in a protagonist role. He acted in TV serials like Deivamagal where he played the protagonist role of Prakash and in the suspense-thriller serial, Chidambara Rahasiyam as Somu which was broadcast in Sun TV. Chidambara Rahasiyam becomes very famous at that time. He acted as an innocent man who was baffled with the coincidence that’s been happening around him and the relation with unknown facts in the story. It moves around in more than 200 shows and his acting is very expressive in that serial.[5]
