Kulsari village is located on the bank of river Pindari in Chamoli district, 25 km far from Gwaldam.[1] The temple of kulsari is Listed in List of State Protected Monuments in Uttarakhand. Tharali is the Tehsil headquarter.[2] Kulsari is surrounded by Tharali Tehsil towards East, Gairsain Tehsil towards west, Ghat Tehsil towards North, Dewal Tehsil towards East.[3] Kulsari is also amongs the famous destination of Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yaatra and offer stay during Raj Jat Yatra.
A Sbi[4] Bank and Automated teller machine is also located in Kulsari. Few ancient temples stealth the show and many foreigners come to visit these monuments.
