Kurkunta is a village in Gulbarga district's Sedam taluq, Karnataka India. A government run cement factory is located here, Cement Corporation of India (CCI).[1]
Kurkunta is also known for a school which was famous in the local area, Bhavan's Vidyalaya Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
