Léa Sprunger (born 5 March 1990, in Nyon, Vaud) is a Swiss track and field athlete competing in sprinting events and the 400 metres hurdles.[4]

She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the women's 200m event and the 4 × 100 m relay. She used to be a heptathlete before turning to sprint. She is the younger sister of Ellen Sprunger.

Her personal best in the 400 metres hurdles is 55.60 seconds set in La Chaux-de-Fonds in 2015. Her best time in the indoor 400 metres is 52.36 (Magglingen 2016).
